What happens when my free trial ends?

Every new store gets a 5 day free trial with the Business plan features. You do not need a card to start.
Before it ends
We email you 3 days before and on the last day of your trial. Choose Starter, Business or Pro in Subscription and pay with your card, and your store carries on without a break.
If you do not choose a plan
- Your store is paused. Shoppers see a short "back soon" page and no new orders are taken.
- Nothing is deleted. Your products, orders, customers and settings are kept.
- Orders that were already paid can still be shipped and refunded.
Choose a plan at any time and your store opens again straight away.
See the Pricing page for each plan's price. If you upgrade later, you only pay the difference for the days left in the month.
